A: If your current hosting provider can no longer match the requirements of your site, or if you undergo frequent downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the tech support staff to get back to you, it might be a good idea to change your hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your websites together with your databases from your present provider to your future provider. At HR STORE, we understand that this can be hard & time–consuming. For this reason, we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our highly capable technical staff members will migrate your web site content from your present provider to us. Our techs have extensive experience with website migration and can take care of anything – from a traditional WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–based website, to a highly elaborate, custom–made app.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time interval, since there are many variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to transfer your web site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not large).

A: We don’t need any private information. We’ll require, however, the login info for your present hosting account and the name of the site that you want to migrate.

A: Before we can start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose the exact same details you have given to your current host. We’ve also got an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which describes how private data is handled.

A: Nope. Your site will continue to be reachable online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will have to do is modify your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: While we move your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform provided that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we can’t transfer are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
